How to make a frame for a crocheted doll

What is the frame for? To give mobility and stability to dolls and toys.

It is much more interesting when you can bend the doll’s arm or leg. But note, that if the doll is for a child, then when using the frame, you need to take care of safety when playing, so that the wire does not come out and damage the child.

For the frame, you can use different wire, depending on the size of the doll and the place where it will be inserted, for example, thin copper wire is suitable for the fingers, and for the neck it is better to take a thick and stiff wire.

I usually use insulated florist wire and buy it in craft stores. Wire from electrical supply stores will also work.
