How to dye natural hair for a doll?

Natural hair for a doll usually means the hair of a goat.

Such wool is sold by breeders. Some of them sell hair already ready for use as tresses, and some sell wool not ready for use. In addition to the fact that the wool needs to be prepared before using, it can still be dyed. You can buy the color you want, or you can dye it yourself. Of course, the easiest color option is hair dyes.

In this video, I will try to paint sections of a tress with improvised means, that what I have at home: different types of paints, felt-tip pens, etc.

I will conduct an experiment and show you the result. I must say right away that the result surprised me, I was hoping for one thing, but the painting was completely different.
