Materials and tools
- thin cotton yarn like Iris (less than 10 g) of skin color
- a crochet hook of correspondent size. I work with a hook 0.8 mm (10.5 cm doll) and 1.0 mm (12 cm doll).
- copper wire 0.5-0.7 mm thick
- synthetic fiberfill.
Using a thicker hook and yarn you will obtain a bigger doll.
This pattern does not contain lessons on the basics of crocheting, you must be already able to crochet.
The peculiarity of this doll is that it is miniature, just a little over 10 cm tall, but at the same time her body is curvy – she has palms, buttocks, navel, breasts, chin and nose. There is a slight imitation of the clavicle. The clavicle and navel are formed during the crocheting process, and the breasts are sewn on (I sew them with a crochet hook). If you wish, you can make a doll without breasts. The body of the doll is crocheted with wrong side out and contains a wire frame.
The pattern contains the text description of the rounds and short helpful videos. The videos contain explanations of the difficult moments of crocheting, as well as the making of the frame, the nuances of stuffing and shifting loops. The crochet pattern also includes a textual description of crocheting panties, sundress and shoes, as in the photo. I crocheted clothes and shoes from the same yarn, but in different colors.
