Which row of the foot is not clear? In the video I show crocheting of the first rows:
1. 4 ch, on the chain, starting from the 2nd loop from the hook: 3 sc, ch
2. Work on the half loops of the previous round: 1 sc, inc*4, 1 sc (10)
